Two teachers of IIT Roorkee have been captured regarding the breakdown of an under-development span in Tehri region which guaranteed eight lives three years prior.
Vipul Prakash and Vijay Kumar Gupta, both teachers of IIT Roorkee's affable building division, were captured from their lofts in Roorkee's respectful lines zone last night, Haridwar SSP Sweety Agarwal said on Monday.
Police said a NBW was issued against these teachers as of late after they had neglected to show up in court.
